TideHouse: Reviews & Ratings
We all had a wonderful time here, bautiful river views from the deck. We each had a fish lunch entree & we all enjoyed it. The pretzel appetizer was very tasty. They were super busy the day after Christmas, service was good but a bit slow. We made it in time to take the Tiki Taxi ride which takes off from here. My guests & I had a lovely day!
We have been here a few times and the food is always good. They sometimes have a DJ/singer that plays good music, which always makes it fun, although sometimes the music is a bit too loud. I think lunch and dinner music should be loud enough to hear and enjoy, but not so loud that you have to raise your voice to have a conversation, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars for atmosphere since that's just my opinion. But the food and service are always great! We had the fish and chips, french dip, and the salmon and they were all delicious! The cole slaw was especially good, and that's not as easy to do as it sounds. Some make it too sweet, some make it too bland, but the Tidehouse makes it just perfect. Prices are comparable to other water-side restaurants in the area, and as I said, the staff is always friendly and the food always comes out hot and tasty. We always sit outside so we have a great view of the water and the boats sailing by, and the complimentary valet takes the stress out of trying to find parking. In addition to that, they have an elevator that takes you right from the valet station up to the restaurant, which was very helpful for my disabled mother. The only suggestion I would make would be to perhaps put a little less breading on the fish for the fish and chips. But we have enjoyed it each time we have come here and would definitely recommend it!
Live music was nice when we heard it. Pretzel was good with the cheese. My hubby got the petite crabcakes and he said they were AMAZING. Drinks were ok. Staff was busy at the bar due to a bunch of people coming at once. She did her best.
Great food! Great drinks! Great staff! What more can you say Our group had an awesome time on Sunday with Jennifer the bartender and the rest of the crew. Everything we had was delicious! We’ll be back
Amazing tacos, great service, cute location! Got the mahi tuna blackened tacos with french fries and had an espresso martini with Bailey’s and it was 10 out of 10. Bartenders were a fun spirit! Would go back
This restaurant is nice. Great atmosphere and great view of the water. The service took a little longer than expected, probably due to Valentine’s Day! The food is great, and the waitress was very kind and attentive. Overall it was a great experience. Will be returning and do recommend this restaurant.
I went here with my boyfriend and his grandparents for dinner last night. I have dietary restrictions, so I went with what I believed to be the safest thing off their menu for me: the teriyaki salmon bowl. However, I requested no teriyaki, which was no issue. The salmon was cooked very well and was full of flavor. The jasmine rice was very delicious too, as was the broccoli. My boyfriend got the baja fish tacos and he said they were all right. His grandparents got oysters and mahi. We were all satisfied! Nice location and soothing atmosphere.
It was a great experience first time under the new ownership everything was fantastic. We had the crabcake appetizer I had a Long Island and she had a painkiller both drinks were on point!
